Terms of Service

By accessing our website, requesting services, or engaging O Moreal Electric for electrical work, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and O. MOREAL ELECTRIC, a licensed electrical contractor operating in Ontario, Canada.

O. MOREAL ELECTRIC provides professional electrical services including but not limited to:

• Residential electrical installations and repairs
• Commercial electrical services
• Electrical panel upgrades and replacements
• Lighting installation and repairs
• Emergency electrical services (24/7)
• Electrical inspections and safety assessments
• Code compliance corrections
• Electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics

As a Client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your electrical needs
• Ensure safe access to work areas during service visits
• Inform us of any existing electrical issues or concerns
• Make payment for services as agreed upon in writing
• Follow safety instructions provided by our electricians
• Keep children and pets away from work areas during service
• Provide proper ventilation and workspace as required

• Service hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, weekends by appointment
• Emergency services available 24/7 with additional charges
• Response times: 45-90 minutes for emergency calls in the GTA
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather or emergencies
• Cancellations require 24-hour notice to avoid cancellation fees
• We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control

We stand behind our work with the following warranties:

• Labor Warranty: 1 year on all electrical installations and repairs
• Material Warranty: As specified by manufacturer warranties
• Workmanship Guarantee: All work meets or exceeds Ontario Electrical Code
• Emergency Services: 30-day warranty on emergency repairs

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for damage to existing systems unrelated to our work
• We are not liable for business interruption or loss of use
• Client agrees to indemnify us against claims arising from client negligence

O. MOREAL ELECTRIC maintains:

• $5,000,000 liability insurance coverage
• WSIB coverage for all employees
• ECRA/ESA License #7000102
• All required permits and certifications
• Regular safety training and compliance updates

• Either party may terminate service with reasonable notice
• Client is responsible for payment for work completed up to termination
• We may terminate service for safety concerns, non-payment, or misconduct
• Emergency services may be refused at our discretion
• Refund policy varies by service type and circumstances

In the event of a dispute:

• First, contact us directly to resolve the issue amicably
• If unresolved, disputes may be mediated through a neutral third party
• As a last resort, disputes may be resolved through Ontario small claims court
• All legal disputes will be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada
• Client agrees to attempt good faith resolution before legal action

We are not liable for delays or failures to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, extreme weather conditions
• Power outages or utility failures
• Labor strikes or supply chain disruptions
• Government actions or regulations
• Public health emergencies or pandemics
